He should have figured it was only a matter of time before he, Hikaru, and Shunsuke all got busted. When Shunsuke had offered to take them to the cafeteria for some food, Kaoru had agreed all too easily, having been so lost in their playful mind games with the third redhead that he hadn't even considered that Kyouya or Tamaki might be there lying in wait for them.

Shoulda known... though it's weird that 'Mama' didn't have any of his men with him...

And damn the man, but as soon as the twins and Shunsuke had entered, their Vice President had risen from his strategically-chosen seat (that allowed him to see all entrances to the cafeteria) and announced that they were going home, now. Kaoru and Hikaru both knew that voice, and they knew just as well that it was better not to argue when Kyouya was being that bitchy.

Still, he found himself sulking as Kyouya rounded them up with Tamaki and began to lead them toward the portal, and he glanced toward his brother before peering over at Shunsuke.

"Guess our game's being cut a little short... feel like guessing now?" he asked, rather than waiting for his brother to. After all, Kyouya's patience was obviously gone; anything could make the guy snap now, including spending too much time with goodbyes... but damn it, Kaoru had enjoyed his playtime today, once he'd gotten over the scare of being separated from Hikaru. And as much as he didn't want to admit it out loud, he'd had fun with Shunsuke around, too.

"Well?"
